Shipping and Return Policy

Order Lead Times and Cutoffs:

RaceReady takes pride in providing prompt, courteous service. Our routine is to process orders on a daily basis. If your order is received prior to 14:00 PST, your order will ship the same day. If your order is received after 14:00 PST, the order will ship the next business day. If an item is out of stock, we will respond within 24 hours so you can revise your order. We are located in Southern California and US Postal Service shipping times vary from between 1-2 days (West Coast US and Canada), 2-3 days (Midwest US and Canada) and up to 4-5 days to the East Coast (US and Canada). International shipping times will vary between 5-10+ business days depending on destination and customs clearance processes.

Shipping Methods:

Our regular shipping method is US Postal Service. We also offer expedited (Overnight and Two-Day Guaranteed) delivery options through UPS.

Shipping to PO Boxes:

RaceReady ships individual orders to PO Boxes via the US Postal Service. UPS requires a physical address for shipments; we cannot ship via UPS to PO Boxes.

International Shipments:

We ship to over 35 countries in Asia, the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and South Africa. We ship using discounted UPS Worldwide Expedited rates. Any additional customs duties and tariffs are the responsibility of the customer. We utilize UPS’ electronic customs clearance tools to get your order to you as quickly as possible; however, there may be delays beyond our control. All international orders include an electronic Certificate of Origin so as to clear customs smoothly.

Shipping Costs:

All domestic US web orders ship via US Postal Service for a flat rate of $5.95. Shipping costs are calculated for US UPS Overnight, UPS US 2nd Day and UPS International orders using a weight and distance based algorithm. All product weights are averages across the entire range of sizes for a particular product. We pass along our discounted UPS rates directly to our customers.

Returns and Exchanges:

We are comitted to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. We accept returns or exchanges on all of our products within one year of the original ship date. We ask that you include the original packing slip with your return.

Please Contact Us with your order # and we will promptly send you a pre-paid return mailer at no additional cost. Please use the pre-paid mailer to return the item(s) you would like to exchange or return.
