Shipping and Return Policy
Order Lead Times:
RaceReady takes pride in providing prompt shipping capabilities. If your order is received prior to 14:00 PST, your order will ship the same day. If your order is received after 14:00 PST, the order will ship the next business day. If an item is out of stock, we will respond within 24 hours so you can revise your order.
We are located in Southern California and First Class US Postal Service shipping times vary from between 1-2 days (West Coast US and Canada), 2-3 days (Midwest US and Canada) and up to 4-5 days to the US and Canadian East Coast regions.
US Postal Service Priority Mail shipping times are 2 days in the contiguous United States. Priority mail shipping times to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and Mexico may take up to 3-4 days.
International shipping times beyond North America will vary between 5-10+ business days depending on destination and customs clearance processes.
Shipping Methods:
Our regular shipping method is US Postal Service First Class Mail. Orders over $100 may be upgraded to Priority Mail at our discretion. We also offer an expedited delivery option using the US Postal Service’s Priority Mail service for orders under $100.
Shipping to PO Boxes:
RaceReady ships individual orders to PO Boxes via the US Postal Service.
International Shipments:
We ship to over 35 countries in Asia, the Americas, Europe, and South Africa. We ship internationally using the US Postal Service’s International Priority Mail and a combination of domestic postal services. Any additional customs duties, tariffs or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. All international orders include an electronic Certificate of Origin so as to clear customs smoothly.
Shipping Costs:
All domestic US and Canadian web orders ship via US Postal Service for a flat rate of $5.95, including Alaska and Hawaii shipments. Shipping costs for US and Canadian Priority mail shipments is $7.95. Shipping charges for non-North American international shipments is $14.95 via International Priority mail.
Returns and Exchanges:
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. We accept returns or exchanges on all of our products shipped within the US and Canada within one year of the original ship date. We ask that you include the original packing slip with your return.
Please Contact Us with your order # and we will promptly send you a pre-paid USPS return mailer at no additional cost (US and Canadian customers only). The pre-paid mailer will be sent as a .pdf to the email address used to place the original order. Please print the .pdf pre-paid mailer, apply it to the original packaging and just drop it in the nearest mailbox – it’s that easy!
Please use the pre-paid mailer to return the item(s) you would like to exchange or return. Exchanges will be processed within 48 hours of receipt of the returned garment. Credits for returns will be processed within 1-2 monthly credit card billing cycles.
Non-North American international customers should contact RaceReady customer service to process a return or exchange; additional shipping charges may apply.
